Entity field schema name

Hi Team,

I am working on a entity form which has geolocation enabled in my form.

I was trying to autofill the address of the form either by using bing maps or by google maps by following below two links.

For google maps:

https://hardikparmarblog.wordpress.com/2018/10/05/implement-google-address-autocomplete-on-dynamics-365-portal/comment-page-1/

For Bing Maps:

https://community.adxstudio.com/products/adxstudio-portals/documentation/configuration-guide/customization-tools/managed-forms/geolocation/

In both the ways, i need to edit the script and add entity filed schema names. But I am not sure where to get this field schema name.

I am using this form in my powerapps portal page and created a custom entity for all the required fields on the form.

Can anyone help in letting me know how to get the field schema names or if there is any other way to configure geolocation on entity form.

Thanks,

vkas

    Hi Vkas,

When we are creating an entity, the Name we give is its schema name (as per our naming convention rules). When we save this entity the schema name also becomes the logical name.

The schema name can be mixed case but logical name will always be lowercase.

You can go Settings > customization > customize the system > Entities.

Select one entity and click Fields, you will see following:

    Hi Vkas,

The page is classic page, not in the power apps.

You can go this page as following step:

1.Go to Entities and click on the gear icon and select Advanced Settings and it opens the classic settings menu in Dynamics.

2.Expand Settings and click customization > customize the system > Entities.

3.Then you can see above screenshot, you can expand Entities to select one and see its field list.
