Lifecycle Services site: options for methodologies

I am looking to use LCS to migrate CRM 2011 on-premise to and existing D365 instance for a client. However, when I log on to LCS as a Global Admin account for this client, I do not see the option for "CRM on-premises to D365 Online" under "Manage Methodologies". Why would one not see all available methodologies?
