Auto create customer/item via API

I'm soon going to develop some code to send Sales invoices over to my BC account.

Before I start testing for existing customers and items, is there a setting somewhere to allow BC to auto create non existing customers and items in a sales invoice?

Unfortunately, Sales Invoice is not available.

For items, you can use Catalog Items on Sales Quote and Sales Order.

For Customers, you can create Sales Quotes from Contacts without creating a Customer.

Hi,

There is a way to auto create item in Sales document but via API it will not be possible as there is popup for that feature in client.

You can create custom API Endpoint and write your logic to check item / customer exist or not. If does not exist, you can create new item / customer using custom API.
