I need to replicate the existing implemented Purchase order approval workflows into a new server. How can I do this?

Hi,

Do you want to move approval entries? because the PO approval workflow should be there in new system as well. Or if you are using your Custom PO workflow, then you can move that extension into your new system.

Yes, you can go with Josh, export your current workflow and import into destination

but before that, I think we need to have an Approval User Setup defining user ids and Approver id..

Hi,

To export the approval workflow this is not required, once you have approval workflow, later you can set up.

I think I should first get users and approval user setup onto the new server [company] using configuration packages and then export the file for[already implemented PO approval workflow] from an existing server and finally import the file onto the new server.
