Auto selection of stores while creating Worksheets Styles!

Posted on by 1,445

Dear All,

We have implemented RMS Store Operation HQ Manager on all 22 stores of our client, but HQ Manager in some store creating problems while creating the worksheets. We have reinstalled HQ manager on the stores, which creating the problems while creating Worksheets, but the problem still not resolved. The problem is that:

When we create worksheets styles, i.e. Change item Price for one store, it create two worksheets for two stores (selection of other store is automatically and randomly ). And sometime it selects more than 2 stores automatically.  After approving, it is not available for HQ client; mean HQ Client can’t sync. the specific worksheet. And sometime, when we want to approve the worksheets, it gives the messages that one store must be selected to approve the worksheet even two or more than two stores already selected.

We have one DB Server configured with SQL 2008 Server and only 6 stores are creating this type of problem, while when we create worksheets from others store, other than these 6 stores, the  Worksheets Styles works and sync. correctly.

Update me !

Regards,

Shahid Ghafoor
