Hi,
We have smart matching and tracking token enabled for emails tracking in CRM 2015 on prem with server side sync, some users were complaining about emails getting wrongly tracked as they receive emails with same subject. So i have disabled the smart matching to allow the tracking happen only based on the tracking token. But some of the emails are still getting tracked to wrong cases as the subject is same.
Any thoughts on whats going wrong?
