BC Location Dimensions - Item Journal

MS recently added the Location dimensions which is nice.

However, it does not seem to work proper in the item journal - has anyone noticed that??

it does not default the dimension to the item journal
it does not validate the dim rules when posting from the item journal

I am familiar with this link, but my issue is that it does not seem to be working for item journal

Hi, I have simply tested it on SO before and there is no problem.

I just tested Item Journal again. There is indeed a problem.......

My Test Version: Version: W1 21.1 (Platform 21.0.48357.50310 + Application 21.1.48363.48789)

I found a discussion in Yammer, and it seems that Microsoft promised to add it in the future, but it seems that there is no such thing as the current version.

Thank you for checking/confirming. I did the same thing - I checked the SO and PO and thought it was good to go.

NOTE - it does not work on transfer orders also. I wonder where else it does not work as expected?

The bad part for my client is that it does not check the dim rules (ie. "Same Code") either.
