Vendor Card Let's You See Contacts But The Customer Card Does Not

Hi:

Within the Vendor Card, you can click "Related...Vendor...Other" and see the list of the vendor's contacts.

You cannot do so within the Customer Card.  The best that you can do is to click the "Ellipsis" button to the right of the "Contact" field and see the list.

Why is there no comparable feature in the Customer Card?

Thanks!

John

I'm on current BC SaaS with just a few field customizations so far. No personalization.

    Opening the customer list shows:

    And on the customer page:

Version in Admin Center shows 21.0.46256.46853

As I said in the beginning, this does not appear.  That's why DAniele was showing Personalization.

But, per the reasons that I mentioned, that doesn't work either.

    I don't get it.

    You do not need personalization:

Also, you can look for the option:

    Hi:

Can you provide additional instructions, please?  I'm following the path that you laid out but cannot get it to work.  "Clear personalization" is not even available to click, and I'm an Administrator.

How do you unlock the greyed out selections?  I have never seen those, before.
