What is the easiest way to provide an employee access to the Employee Wage and Hour report while restricting their access to exclude any employees who are in certain departments or employids start with a 9?

    The easiest way is to not let them select Employe from and to range, so can not exclude any employee. :)

    You can hide and lock these fields from modifier.
