Hello,
I have the goal of writing information from MS CRM to an external file (a word document .doc or .docx). I am not sure if CRM supports data merging operations such as this but the goal is to pull information from 3-4 fields of a "Contact" entity and have this information written to a file.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of functionality. I am still new to CRM and am avidly searching the topic on the web. I just haven't found much information on this yet.
