Hello,

I have a client having CRM 2016 and GP 2010. What version of Dynamics Connector should I use?

Microsoft site states only the following:

    version (3.4.304.1) works with CRM 2013, 2015,2016 and Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, GP 2013 R2, GP 2015 or GP 2015 R2
version (3.3.1007.1) provides an integration between CRM 2011 and GP 2013 or GP 2013 R2

Thanks in advance.

I do not have the answer for your exact question but you should be aware before moving too far into the product that CRM 2016 is the last supported version of the connector.  See Blog below https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamicsconnector/2016/04/08/connector-for-microsoft-dynamics-support-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-beyond-dynamics-crm-version-2016/

You may want to take this into consideration while designing your solution and may want to look at alternatives like Scribe.

Hi ZMK, Yes Robert raises a good point that the Connector will soon be deprecated, I would personally advise using an integration tool such as Kingswaysoft which has a free adapter for CRM and GP 2010 , www.kingswaysoft.com/.../ssis-integration-toolkit-for-microsoft-dynamics-gp

there are also Scribe and Cozysoft alternatives

    Best Wishes, Raz

Kingswaysoft is excellent...  and CozyRoc is also quite good.

Thanks for your replies. I will take your concern in to consideration. For now, version 3.4.304.1 was the one I used and it worked fine.
