Using the latest mobile app connected to D365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.299) - when adding an activity when within the account or contact, you get the option to 'Add new activity': task, phone call, appointment, campaign response or survey activity. If I select 'task', it opens the 'quick create: task' window, and I can see that the 'regarding' field is populated with the name of my account or contact. If I try to add anything into the subject or description box, it lets me type 1 letter, and then the 'save' or 'save & create new' pops up. I have to click back in the subject or description to add my 2nd letter, when the save options then appears. I have to click back in the subject or description to add my 3rd letter....and the cycle continues, so it will take forever to type a sentence when I can only type one letter at a time. The same happens when I click on a phone call activity (when it creates a 'quick create: phone call). This does not happen if I create the activity direct in the activities entity (as this isn't the quick create form).
Has anyone experienced this or can point me in the right direction. This only happen on some phones all witht he same app version
