Missing Appointment Statuscode Reasons

When I look at the appointments entity / statuscode reason field I am only seeing Free and Tentative reasons within the setup.

I would like to know how I can add in busy which I understand maps to value of 5 (if choose to add an additional one it goes to a value of 100,000,000 which is greyed out).

    Hi,

    but still you can add it your third value i.e Busy, just put the Busy in Label and click ok it will add the value in the optionset
