I am using BC16, where I wish to update my user with SUPER permissions , and I am not able to.
Any Suggestions ?
I have the license access in the user card -- Dynamics 365 Business Central for IWs
I updated the AAD via Office 365 from the card , still no luck.

The account you use to refresh the licenses, is that an account that does have SUPER permissions and is it connected to the correct company?
Start in the standard CRONUS first with the account that does have all permissions (Company field is blank).

The other accounts donot work now ,and what if I want to create a new user with super rights on Saas environment?
You can update the permission, using those accounts who have super permission.
By default first user is super user.
