Delegated Admin User

Hi everyone,
Can someone explain to us why delegated admin users sometimes appear as Delegated Admin Agent and sometimes as Delegated Helpdesk Agent? Does this have to do with the Partner Center role, or with the Entra Build In role behind the GDAP link?

It depends what role the partner assigned to your GDAP connection. Help Desk agent is being obsoleted by Microsoft, so Admin Agent will be the likely selection going forward.
