I have several duplicate dashboards under personal dashboards. These have been created by someone else and shared with me. How can I tell who created and who owns these personal dashboards as a system administrator?

Hi Scott,

The query and tool is very helpful.

I can see the owner of few dashboards. But I have other dashboards as well and using this query I am unable to see information about other dashboards.

Could you please help me? I would like to find information about all the dashboards in the system.

You can easily do this by downloading the XrmToolbox (github.com/.../releases) and using the FetchXml Tester tool to run the following query:

<fetch version="1.0" output-format="xml-platform" mapping="logical" distinct="false" >

<entity name="userform" >

<attribute name="name" />

<attribute name="ownerid" />

<attribute name="createdby" />

</entity>

</fetch>
