Email Tracking: Email messages in response to Dynamics 365 Email issue

Hi Experts,

We have a User that has personal tracking option set to "Email Messages in response to Dynamics 365 Email". The issue is every email that is sent to him and not just response to Dynamics 365 email gets track in CRM. How do we fix this? Thank you.

    We have a similar problem, but it is not every email, and we cannot solve it. We have been able to reproduce the problem when another person in the organizational domain (that is not a user of CE) sends an email to a CE licensed user.
