I have one SLA for case entity. This SLA having Business hour is associated with one Customer Service Schedule and Holiday Calendar. So now when I am moving the solution I found SLA Business hour association is not moving . Association of SLA with Business hour is not reflacted in new environment. Also I could not found customer service schedule and holiday calendar in new environment.
Now if I will create new Customer Service Schedule and Holiday calendar for other environment and associate them with the SLA. Then probably I will get error with managed solution deployment.
Can anyone guide me how and what will be the deployment process in this case to avoid deployment issue in future.
