This is a pretty common request and should be doable in FRx. Here is an example of what that row would look like:
Column B = GROSS MARGIN %
Column C = CAL
Column D = @GROSS/@SALES "#,##0.00%;(#,##0.00%)"
Where GROSS is the row # of your gross margin and SALES is the row # of your revenue or sales total. I actually have my rows 'named' SALES and GROSS just to make the formula writing easier. (You can just click on the row code in Column A to name it.)
This should work in most of the later service packs of FRx 6.7 - definitely SP 9 and later. I recall there being a problem with this in a prior service pack, but I am not sure which one.
Once you add this, you may need to change the report to 'Calculate rows first' on the Reports Options > Advanced tab. This is only needed if the percentages on your total or calculation columns are not calculating correctly.
