Hello everyone,

I have a strange issue regarding the ATP calculation: for every order placed on friday that ATP calculation is going to be delayed by one day.

For example, with an order entry date of October 16, 2025, the calculated shipment date in case of unavailability within the ATP time fence is correctly November 18, 2025, because:

ATP time fence + first day beyond ATP time fence + issue margin = 20 + 1 + 2 = 23 working days

October 16, 2025 + 23 working days = November 18, 2025

However, with an order entry date of October 17, 2025, the shipment date should be November 19, 2025, based on the same logic.

Instead, the system calculates November 18, 2025, which corresponds to 22 working days instead of 23.

Do you have any suggestion about it?

Does the item have an item coverage setting? If so, has the item coverage group a calendar?

Thank you for your suggestion; unfortunately I can't reach the "WORKING TIMES" mask under the RELEASED PRODUCTS...

Could you kindly show me how to reach it? I can't figure it out

1. Open the calendar of the coverage group

2. Click on "Working times" button
