Look for - how to add custom entity?

Hi

I need help finding out how to add my custom entity to the "to" lookup type for an activity. I only have contacts, users, companies and leads. I can see the "to" field is a partylist type, how do I add another entity to the partylist?

Hope anyone can help me.

    Jesper,

    I don't think there is a way to do this but there are two workarounds I can think of:

    1. Use the regarding lookup on the Activity, this will allow you to pick the records from your custom entity.

    2. Add your custom entity as a "Connection". You can place a "Connections" grid on the Activity form to make it easier for people to see who is connected to that Activity. Also, you can name the section holding the grid with your custom entity name, for example, let's say that your custom entity is named "Distributors", the section could be named "Distributors" and the connections grid will list the "Distributors" participating on that Activity.
