Posting open end of day statements

I get the following error ever so often.

"Settings controlling how the statement is calculated has been changed. Please clear and recalculate the statement before you continue.'

Any idea of what settings? and how can this be resolved?

One point to note, each morning, statement is cleared, recalculated and sales entries posted manually.

    Hi, As Inge mentioned, this is not a NAV standard feature and you should try to contact the partner directly.

    Looks like you are using the LS-Retail add on for Dynamics NAV. You should reach out to your LS partner for support with this issue.
