What is the best way to manage resource capacity

Think it depends on how your business operates.
There are 3 ways of scheduling
Probably best to look to see if your Resources to Territories are set up correctly and that your process of reducing the travel time between jobs for the Field Resource is given some thought. I would say the Schedule Assistant is probably best to manage capacity as your Dispatchers can see what job the Resource is currently at and what job is quickest to get to next.

I have the below scenario.
Some resources can do the work order in 1.5 hours. However other can do it in one hour.
How can I setup the system to adapt with each resource skills level.
Maybe you can add more incident types?
Such as for example:
Incident Type - Repair (Very Fast)
Characteristic - Very Fast Repair
Incident Type - Repair (Fast)
Characteristic - Fast Repair
Its kind of crude but it could do the job?
