Chat Solution with Dynamics 365 on-premise

I am looking for a chat solution /software that integrates seamlessly with Dynamics 365 on-premise deployment. I know that Liveassist from CafeX is the recommended product,however that does not work with Dynamics 365 on-premise deployment. Is there any other recommended 3rd party solutions? I am not inclined towards Skype and want some thing light weight,which can get easily deployed on web channel.

Hi Chaitra, you can consider something like Anywhere365 which integrate with Skype

Thanks, I have seen this. But , I am not inclined towards Skype as customer is not too happy with the same and want some thing light weight,which can get easily deployed on web channel.
