access my business account

I'm having trouble accessing my business account. I can't access it because the authenticator isn't logged into any cell phone, and the optional feature, which is my phone number, is giving error 399287. What's the best way to recover this account? Our company uses Power BI. I've tried logging into the authenticator on a new device, but it keeps asking for the code, which I can't access.
I have the same question (0)

This is an English-speaking forum, therefore please translate your question to English. Also, tell us how it's related to Microsoft Dynamics, because it's not obvious.

Thank you for translating it. But it still doesn't seem to be about Microsoft Dynamics 365. It sounds more like a problem with Entra ID and you should contact the administrator in your company, or try an Entra ID forum.

Ask you Azure AD (also known as Entra AD or simply Active Directory) administrator to
    1) either remove MFA, 2FA for your account
    2) add you new phone number if you have changed it or something similar.
As suggested by Martin , you can get better support for azure on their QA forum. Azure - Microsoft Q&A

    Hi CLu77202001,

Thanks for posting your question. The error code 399287 you're encountering is typically related to Azure Active Directory (now Microsoft Entra ID), and not directly to Dynamics 365. It often appears when there's a mismatch or issue with multi-factor authentication settings, especially if the authenticator app or registered phone number is no longer accessible.
To address this, I suggest reaching out to your organization's Azure AD administrator. They can either reset your MFA settings or update your contact details to restore access. If you're unable to reach them, you might also consider posting on the Microsoft Q&A for Azure, where specialists in identity and access management can assist further.

Please verify if this resolves your issue.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Daniele

Suggest contacting the organization's Azure AD administrator to reset MFA settings or update contact details.

Remember always, please enable the MFA with the Microsoft Authenticator App and add your Phone number and a valid email ID to recover the account later.

    hi

If you are facing issues with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Microsoft environments, the best approach is to contact your organization’s Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) administrator. The administrator has the necessary rights to reset your MFA settings or update your contact details if they are outdated or incorrect. Without their intervention, users typically cannot bypass or reconfigure MFA on their own, as it is a security feature designed to protect accounts. It is strongly recommended that once your MFA is reset, you set it up again properly to avoid future issues. The most secure method is to use the Microsoft Authenticator App, which provides an extra layer of security compared to SMS or email codes. Additionally, always register at least two recovery options: your mobile phone number and a valid secondary email address. These backup methods allow you to regain access if you lose your authenticator device or change phone numbers.

By keeping your MFA methods up to date and diversified, you ensure both security and convenience. This way, even if one authentication method becomes unavailable, you can still securely access your account without needing to raise repeated support requests.

    Hello

Contact your Microsoft 365 or Azure AD administrator (the tenant admin) so they can reset the multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup for your account in the admin center, allowing you to register a new authenticator device or modify the authentication method used for MFA. Users cannot reset MFA without an admin’s help when both options fail (authenticator app option and the phone).

    Thanks
    Nimsara
