Dynamics 365 on premise version 8.2.8 - Integrate with phone calls

Hi,

By setting the telephony provider to Lync in CRM  the click on the phone number will start the phone call through jabber pop up, but is there a way we can create this phone call record in CRM along with a status whether it got connected or the other party was not available or busy .

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
