    Hi Ashwin,

It is difficult to find this information in one place and you will be able to gain this knowledge after working on CRM projects, but if you are interested on the CRM implementation case studies, try to search Ms CRM case studies, where you go the high level requirements and their solutions.

    Thanks

CRM is highly customizable and can be used anywhere due its ability of being easily customized.

Also along with CRM there are other connectives you should look forward to like CRM client for outlook,

Server side Synchronization , Email router with Dynamics CRM, CRM client for mobile app.

A lot of time needs to be spent on reading the TechNet  articles with Dynamics CRM also time spent oin the community along with reading the different  blog post would be of great help  .

I would suggest you to start with reading the Implementation guides for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 ,2013, 2015.

Please mark my answer as verified if you found it useful.
