
Am getting this error during integration.I have applied the keys for gp 2013 rtm together with the ones for IM.
This integration is to GP 2013 r2. Can IM keys change when one upgrade from GP 2013 rtm to GP 2013 R2.The other keys for GP are working fine.
Any help please.

I have the same question (0)When you enter the keys for GP 2013 R2 Integration Manager make sure you are logged in as some with local admin rights. There are protected folders where these keys go and most likely they have the old keys and not the new keys.

I guess, It is most likely the usage of old key in IM.
Is it possible the keys you had installed were Integration Manager for Conversions keys. These keys expire as a matter of course, as time goes by? If not, try getting a fresh set of keys from CustomerSource/Voice.
Richard is absolutely correct. This kind of error can manifest when Integration Manager is started without elevated privileges.
I have also seen the keys of IM expire for no apparent reason and when we have looked on VOICE new keys have been present.
