Hello,

Trying to configure email profile from on-premise to exchange online but no luck, i followed this below link:

Still no luck.

I did following job :-

1.Subscribe Office 365 Enterprise plan for Exchange mails

2.Subscribe Dynamic 365 Hybrid connector

3.On the On-Premise server configured Claim based auth & IFD

4.Downloaded Server side configure tool & configure

What else?

But still unable to configure Server profile

Hi Syed,

Just to confirm , you are using Dynamics 365 On Prem and want to connect to Exchange Online via Server Side Sync, yea? Are you getting an Error when setting up the Server Profile?

Can You confirm that you can access the CRM externally via the internet?

Hi,

Yes, it is On-premise server and able to access from external network.
