Can not sync Business Central new Customers to D365 Sales Account

Hi Experts,
Assisted Set up connection to Dataverse and to Dynamics 365 Sales is completed in BC. BC Sandbox and Dynamics Sales Sandbox environments are connected.
For Customer to Account table integration: Existing records coupling between D365 Sales and BC records is success, new records from D365 Sales are created in BC. But new records from BC to D365 Sales is failure.

Error message is: “An error occurred when communicating with Dataverse. Detailed description: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
 
We wanted to get rid of all existing customizations. So, we created a copy of production environment and removed all existing third-party extensions.
And performed a fresh connection with Dynamics Sales sandbox, from then onwards we are facing this issue.
