Hi:

Is it possible to learn Application Language quickly and in, say, a week?

Would someone please refresh my memory on some good resources, for this?

Is there anyone out there that conducts training on this for a fee?

You can learn the basics in an intensive week if you set your mind to it. At least if you have a background from another programming language. But it is only through real experience that you learn how to apply the knowledge.

The set of keywords in AL is really not that large. But it is also important to study how the standard application is built or at least be able to go into the base application and read code there for different areas.

No that is simply not possible. Anyone that says otherwise is joking ;-)

It takes time to learn the basic objects, the programming language, the standards and then the data model,...

And the only way to learn is to do and practise.

Would you go to a doctor who 'learned it' in 1 week/year? ;-)

Nowadays there are many apps and online platforms for learning languages, and it's great that you no longer need to look for experienced teachers in your city. Platforms such as https://promova.com make it possible to learn English at a time convenient for you, as well as find an excellent tutor and even a native speaker, with whom learning English will be most effective.
