Form Reload When I Change Something in Activity Tab/FIeld Value ?

Hey all!

I have a work flow that changes the value of a Field, when I add an activity (E-Mail or Phone Call). The value will only change when I reload/refresh the page.

I would like to change the value directly without reloading the page everytime. How can I achieve this?

Hi partner,

Is your workflow set to run in the background?

If so, convert it to a real-time workflow.

Background Workflows run behind the scenes and require page refreshes to be seen.

Real-time Workflows, of course, run in real-time on the form, so changes will be noticed instantly by users. As soon as you hit save, changes will be noticed.

I did it in Real Time, but I still have to refresh the page to see the changes :/

Select "Start When" as "Before" to see if it works.
