Is it true that a team member cannot create a new contact?

If it is true, this is a problem. The Team Member can create a new quote but if the contact doesn't exist it is a problem?

Best regard

    Hello Davide,

You can't create a new contact, never been included in the action range for D365 BC Team member users.

Following actions are included as action for Team Members use rights:

    go.microsoft.com/.../

    (i) Read anything within Business Central

(ii) Update existing data and entries in Business Central - existing data are records like customer, vendor or item records which are already created. Entries means entries on which it is specifically allowed from an accounting perspective to update specific information. (e.g. due date on customer ledger entries)

(iii) Approve or reject tasks in all workflows assigned to a user

(iv) Create, edit, delete a quote

    (v) Create, edit, delete personal information

(vi) Enter a time sheet for Jobs

(vii) Use Power Apps/Power Automate Use Rights with Dynamics 365 license

Note > As workaround, you can create a contacts (New contact 1...100) using a D365 BC Essential or Premium user and a Team member users can update it.

    Best Regards,

Team member is entitled to 15 custom entities (tables). The only way to specify these 15 tables is through permission.

So when you speak about custom tables you means for example:

    60000

    60001

    60002

and so on until to 60014

    correct ?
