Order Printing with Tax


  • Issue: Orders imported from Shopify into Business Central include tax by default. When attempting to print these orders, the system throws errors unless the tax toggle is manually turned off.

    Hello,
     
    Your Shopify orders import with Prices Including VAT = Yes, but your BC customer/template expects Prices Including VAT = No.
    When BC tries to print the order, it validates the header and throws the error.
     
    Make sure Shopify imports into a customer template where:
    Prices Including VAT = Yes
    This stops the validation error and printing works normally.
