Error when publishing extension to Sandbox - Version 16

Hi Experts,

When I tried to publish my extension to the Sandbox which is of the version W1 16.0 (Platform 16.0.11233.12436 + Application 16.0.11240.11946), I am getting the following error.

The request for path /v1.0/sandbox/dev/apps?SchemaUpdateMode=forcesync&DependencyPublishingOption=default failed with code UnprocessableEntity. Reason: ForceHandleTrackingEvent failed to acquire a lock

I have downloaded the latest symbols also. I have made necessary changes in extension. But still not able to publish.

Any answers are highly appreciated.

Microsoft is working on a fix for V16 in all the online tenants. I think this is due to this problem. Please wait.
