Is it mandatory to make SLA as default.

Hello All Experts,

I have seen while doing R & D that when we create the SLA against entity we need to set them as default.

Here one more thing i observe for each entity if we are creating SLA's then every SLA needs to be set as default otherwise it will not work.

for multiple entities creating the one SLA for each needs to Set as Default, is mandatory?
