Stream/tile changes in Interactive Dashboards

Have set up a couple of interactive dashboards. Great stuff.

But how can I modify the stream view to include different columns or even to change the sorting fields?

    Hey,

I think that you have to modify the view form the customization.

You can not change it inside the dashboard custo.

@Julien Miquel, views were the first place i checked. and logically, it makes sense as well.

But unfortunately, these streams do not seem to be picking off from the views.

To change the sorting order, we need to go to the entity attribute and enable the 'Sortable in interactive experience dashboard' field.

Still need info on how to modify the data shown on the tiles.

    Hi

Please see the following and see if it helps to get your tile values sorted

Users can apply additional filtering with global filter and timeframe filter. The global filter works at a field level on all charts, and also on streams and tiles that are based on the filter entity (you specify the filter entity when you configure the visual filters).

    Hi Kokulan,

    Thanks for the reply.

But if you care to check my previous comment, I have figured out how to sort the records.

I am more or less trying to understand if I can control the data shown on the tiles.

Now, instead of showing the 'Created On' date, I want to show a different field, maybe 'Modified By'.

I am trying to see if there is any way to do this.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello,

I think the fields displayed are taken from the Entity's Card Form.

This is absolutely correct. Entity Card Form is used for Interactive Dashboard Tiles
