I use Google mail and sync my mail to Outlook using the Google app sync tool.
I stalled the Outlook for Dynamics plug in and it told me the email address in outlook and dynamics needed to match so i updated my primary email address in Dynamics to my work email.
I now have a message in my user profile on dynamics saying:
This record won't be processed by server-side synchronization or the Email Router until its primary email address has been approved by the system administrator |
I am the system admin, how do i approve the change?
I have tried adding the email to my profile in 365 but it will only let me add onmicrosft email addresses.
Any help would be appreciated.
