Good evening:  

I have a question......do you have to have Outlook installed on your computer to be able to log-in to the CRM?  Just asking as we have 2 computers that have Outlook and we are able to access the site......we also have another 2 computers without Outlook and when we attempt to log-in we get a message that says: "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient access rights or privileges to perform this action".  If the Outlook not being installed isn't the problem can someone please tell me how I could correct this?!?  Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    The Outlook does not need to be installed. Check those users have a security role and a licensed assigned under the user profile. settings  > Administrations > users

    Hi,

    Outlook in not necessary to access CRM.  May I have some basic Information like CRM version 4/2011 or online /On-Prem, error detail  etc. ?  You need to check the logged in user profile if you are using windows authentication, that user should be CRM user and a security role should be assigned to him.
