Workflow selections flickering

This is only happening recently when I create a workflow or try to add a step to an existing workflow.

It is hard to explain, but hoping someone else is experiencing it and can shed some light... whenever I hover over the ''Add step'' or ''Delete this step'' option the button flickers (sorry if this is the wrong terminology) , if I try to select it nothing happens and I have to click different bits of the button to finally get a response from it... has anyone else experienced or heard of this issue?

    Hi

    Since you are saying it only started happening recently it's usually a good idea to try and identify the source of change.

    Graphical problems in the interface could happen due to one of the following:

    • Your web browser has been updated to a new version
    • Your CRM Installation has been updated to a new version (less likely if you are on CRM 2016 and thus probably OnPremise, but still probable)
    • Your organization has pushed out new policies regarding browser security settings that is now interfering with scripts in CRM

    What you can try to resolve your problem is:

    • Check with another web browser, does the problem exist there as well or only in one browser?
    • Try clearing your browser cache. If CRM was updated you might still have some old cached files that are interfering
    • Check with your IT-department (if you have one) regarding any recent change in any browser security policies

    If your problem still persists, try log onto CRM from another workstation and see if the error occurs there.

    Thanks, It seems to be working now in IE. It still works in Chrome but is flickering and annoying, I see that chrome has done updates recently so will put it down to that. If anyone knows how to make it stop happening in chrome I would be interested in knowing. Thanks

    Hi,

    I was having the same issue in various dialog boxes where a button (sometimes all buttons) would flicker and as a result would be "unclickable."  In every browser where this was occurring, I've found that resizing (CTRL + mouse scroll) my browser window resolved the issue.
