Does anyone know how to resolve access priviledges to this form for a Power User? sa can access the form.

In Manufacturing > System Defaults > MO Schedule Preferences there is a setting for Manufacturing Quantity Overrides. You need to configure this to permit users to change quantities by entering a password or by inserting their User ID into a list. To do this type a description into the Manufacturing QTY Overrides field and tab off - It will ask you if you want to define this Security Set - Confirm this. Configure your security set to require a password, or authorize specific users.
