We are look for a way to integrate ServiceNow with BC, does anyone know of a service or way to do this?
Hello Candace - Since this is a 3rd party I will open this up to the community to see if they have done something similar or have some guidance.
Short answer is use the api. ServiceNow has one: docs.servicenow.com/.../api-rest.html
It might not cover all the entities you need but if you have a partner or direct support from them that could solve any missing components.
As ever integrations to BC have many avenues. There are 3rd party tools to act as middleware or you interact directly with supporting development. Unless you have the skills in house the integration work will probably require a Microsoft partner
