Hi,
Just few days back I created one trial instance in dynamics 365. in this instance when I am trying to create any new record it shows business error exception (System.servicemodel exception). I am able to update the existing records but I am not able to create New records. Please suggest me How to fix this issue. Its very urgent for me.

I Just fixed this Issue. here I mentioned the solutions
Go to Admin center in office 365 => click on dynamics 365 =>click on edit our instance =>modify production to sandbox=>click on save and click on restart. its working fine.
Another way to fix => some times we may have loss our solutions in our instance at that point of time click on instance =>edit the solutions => install our required solutions and check it..
