Make Sure no records are selected in View.
Click on the "Export To Excel" button directly, without going in to any options.

Export to Excel: Not all records are exporting
    Hi kedwardsvicinity,

There are several reasons why only 50 out of 98 records might be exporting to Excel from Dynamics 365 CRM. Here are some solutions to identify and fix the issue:

Verify View Selection: Ensure you're exporting from the intended view containing all 98 accounts. Double-check that you haven't accidentally selected a filtered view that excludes some records.

Dynamics 365 Export Limit: Be aware that Dynamics 365 CRM has an export limit of approximately 50,000 records per file. If you're exceeding this limit, it might truncate your export to 50 records.

Inogic Productivity Apps: We suggest using Click2Export app by Inogic to export Dynamics 365 CRM view data with just the click of a button. In your case, the app can help you easily export all the 98 records to Excel. It allows you to export the data in five different file formats: Excel, Word, PDF, CSV, or TIFF.  Additionally, one can even schedule export processes at regular intervals, automatically email the exported reports as attachments, or upload the exported files to SharePoint.

Here are some key features of the app:
    • Effortless one-click exports: Click2Export lets you export reports and views from Dynamics 365 CRM with just a single click.
    • Automate Export Process: Set up and schedule recurring export processes to run daily, weekly, or monthly. No more manual downloads—Click2Export delivers the data whenever you need it.
    • Automated workflows: trigger data exports based on specific events. Need to send a quote with an email attachment? Click2Export automates the process for improved efficiency.
    • Multiple export options: Choose how you want to use your exported data. Attach them to emails, store them as notes, upload them to SharePoint, or download them for offline access.
    • Flexible file formats: export reports in PDF, Word, Excel, TIFF, or CSV. Word and Excel templates can be exported in their native formats or as PDFs. Get your data in the format that works best for you.

There is much more to Click2Export’s amazing features.

If you are interested in trying the app for your CRM data exporting needs, then you can get it for a 15-day free trial from our website or Microsoft AppSource.

    Thanks,
    Sam

    Hi Kedwardsvicinity,

More likely you are exporting only the records from that specific page.

You can modify the field 'records per page' in File > Options > General.

Or use the option 'Dynamic PivotTable' or 'Dynamic worksheet':
