I'm having a serious issue with CRM 2011 (RU5 applied) on-premise. After selecting a schedule after clicking on "Find Available Times", this information is not being copied to "Scheduling Information" section automatically.
1. From Service Calendar, create a new Service Activity.
2. Select a Service and click on "Schedule" from ribbon.
3. In the schedule window, click on "Find Available Times".
4. Select a time and click on "Schedule" button on bottom of the form.
5. schedule form will close and control comes back to "Service Actvity" form. In this form, "Scheduling Information" fields do not reflect the time scheduled in the schedule form.
Is this a know issue or is there a workaround to fix this issue. I have followed MS instructions as far creating a Service, configuring resources, work hours and what not. I even created a brand new org on the RU5 system and it is still an issue. I suspected something is wrong with the relationship or mapping in them. However I'm not sure what relationship to use.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
NOTE: I did not try to see if it did work on a new installed CRM 2011 installation.
