Unable to sign in to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Preview Programs

Unable to sign in to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Preview Programs
 
getting the below error as I have signed in as new work account user and it says waiting for admin to accept it
 
can someone help me with this issue which is greatly appreciated
