Shopify orders

Prior to Business Central version 23, orders from Shopify included also archived orders. With the new version, the archived orders have been excluded from this process by design. This has caused issues for one of our clients.

We have submitted a request idea with Microsoft, for a flag to be included to enable/disable archived orders from Shopify.

 

Is there a workaround for getting archived orders until this is reviewed from Microsoft?

    Hi,
     
    Archived orders in Shopify can't be imported. If you need to import archived orders, use the Unarchive Orders action in the Orders (Opens in new window or tab) page of Shopify Admin.
