Data Management - adding of new target fields

Hi,

I am trying to add a new target field to the data entity 'Purchase order composite V3', however, all required menu options are greyed out. How can I achieve this?

I have the role of system admin, data management admin and Information Technology Manager.

Besides, when you select a record (the circle in front of the record appears as a check mark) are these buttons still grayed out?

Hi Silvio,

You asked your question in the Dynamics 365 General group. It would be better asking this question in the Dynamics 365 SCM or Dynamics 365 Finance forum.

Back to your question... Can you provide information if the fields are already added via a development effort? You can't open the menu items for a composite data entity, only for the child entities (headers and lines). If you click the button Child entities, you will see the individual entities where you are able to use all the other menu options.
