Hello,

Users are receiving this error in Outlook. They will be even doing something unrelated to CRM and will receive the popup.

The record it seems to be trying to create is an email activity.

Here is the settings for the email options.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you,

Schweep

    HI,

which versions of outlook office and CRM is the problem happening. Like  There are  few different things but one recent fix was made available on Rollup 3 for CRM 2013

    support.microsoft.com/.../2930480

"Users attempting to add multiple records to a N:N relationship in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will experience the following error dialog even though the associations are completed: Duplicate Record: A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again."

Did you try to use trace to check the problem?

    Thanks

    A.G.

    Hello,

    Same problem,

we´re using MS Dynamics CRM 2016, with Office 2013 Professional Plus and CRM for Outlook 2016

And the email hasn´t been traked to CRM

    It´s something I can check ?

    Hi majorpatrick,

I believe the issue is related to CRM Synchronization.

After re-syncing the CRM Outlook Client a few times, the problem went away. Hopefully this resolves the issue for you.

I was able to find the email and delete it, then the Track worked. But that's just a workaround.  I hope Microsoft has this a bug requiring a fix.
