We currently send emails where the ''To'' field shows the contact or account name. Does anyone know how we can pull through and stamp the actual email address it was sent to. We need this as customer is asking us to prove what exact email that it was sent to, but the email on contact or contact may have been updated, and all that shows when we forward is the Account or Contact name...

Hi,
there is a field called "addressused" on the activityparty entity.
I am not 100% sure, but there is a very good chance it does not get updated when account email gets updated.
You can't see that field on the email, but you can probably create an SSRS report(or you might build some javascript/plugin to extract that field and to display it on the email record)..

I got it with WebAPI in 365 using this kind of url (it runs a fetch query):
